Triple Base Technology™ is awesome. The lifted sidebase sections hug the terrain when you're cranking turns or riding transition and help you plow through pow like a speedboat. You’re also less likely to catch an edge if you sketch out on your landing.

1. FLAT CENTER BASE

Flat center base snowboard technology

There’s zero base uplift under or between the bindings. This creates a stable platform underfoot.

2. GRADUAL UPLIFT

Sidebase uplift snowboard technology for less edge catching while snowboarding

Sidebase uplift begins outside the bindings and gradually increases towards the contact points. This continuous rise creates smooth transition zones for turning and buttering, while the raised contact points make the board less susceptible to edge catch.

3. MAXIMUM UPLIFT

Maximum uplift snowboard technology for floating in the powder

The base uplift reaches its maximum level at the widest part of the board, creating an efficient planing surface that cuts through rough terrain and improves float in powder.

SideKick™ increases the sidebase uplift at the widest points of the nose and tail. This makes turn initiation even smoother, enhances float in powder and improves board handling in rough terrain. It has to be ridden to be believed!

We use targeted Carbon Stringers to fine tune each board’s flex pattern. By changing their direction and placement we can influence the riding characteristics. Below you can find the different layups we offer

Carbon snowboard lay-up for the Stomper snowboard

Three horizontal carbon stringers connect the toe and heel edges across the binding area. This boosts response and gives you a feeling of precise control under your feet at high speeds without having to crank the tip-to-tail stiffness into the red zone.

EIKI

Carbon snowboard lay-up for the Lobster Sender

A single horizontal stringer runs directly under the binding, creating a firmer connection between the toe and heelside that improves edge control on what is otherwise a soft flexing board.

SENDER

Vertical carbon stringers that run from the binding areas to the tips make for a board that will feel more aggressive and stable at high speeds, with less chatter.

Vertical stringers connect both bindings, reinforcing the camber pattern between the feet to give the board extra spring . It’s a powered-up landing platform that will help you stomp the big stuff.

Carbon is deployed in four zones along the contact edge. This gives extra control and drive through turns without going crazy on the torsional flex, so you can easily manipulate the board between your bindings.

A blend of poplar wood reinforced with two central hardwood stringers to enhance pop, reinforce the camber and strengthen the insert area.

INGREDIENTS // Glassfibre

Topsheets do more than look cool. The quality of the glass used in the layup and the way in which the fibres are woven together have a big impact on a board’s flex pattern. We offer two styles.

The glass fibres are interwoven in two directions. We deploy this on more jib-friendly models when we want to keep the torsional flex nice and loose while the tip-to-tail flex stays solid.

Our three-way fiberglass weave is light, strong and super responsive. We use this on our more aggressive boards, when we want to beef up the flex pattern and reinforce the camber.

INGREDIENTS // sidewalls

Sidewalls are a key part of a snowboard’s construction, protecting the wood core, reinforcing the edges (where the strongest forces are applied) and helping to smooth out vibrations. They also provide that finishing touch.
